From Chaos to Harmony (2019)

Shot at a fairground in Southend-on-Sea, the video features Ian recreated as a Zoltar robot in a fortune teller machine which grants a wish to a boy at the amusement park, played by British actor Noah Jupe (‘A Quiet Place’, ‘The Night Manager’, ‘Suburbicon’).

I had the pleasure of working as Production Assistant on From Chaos To Harmony back in January. Responsibilities included SA liaising and coordinating, assisting the sound department and props department, and general assistance for all other departments.

The video also stars Daniel Peacock (‘Quadrophenia’, ‘Gandhi’, ‘Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves’) as the fairground owner, as well as Ian as himself.

‘From Chaos To Harmony’ was the second single to be taken from Ian’s new album, ‘Ripples’ – his first solo material in nine years. Released on 1 February, the album is Ian’s highest charting record since 2007, reaching Number 4, and is his joint second highest chart position ever.
